Gregg Ellis Carter

July 21, 1972 – May 10, 2023

Son, Brother, Father, Grandpa and Friend – a man who loved well and was well-loved.  Gregg died peacefully beside his dad at Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital in Glendale, AZ on May 10, 2023, after his courageous battle with mesothelioma cancer at the age of 50.

Gregg was the third of three children born to Bob and Maggie Carter on July 21, 1972. He was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his father, Bob Carter and his wife, Sally; two siblings – big brother Rob Carter and his wife, Terri and big sister Kathy Villasenor and her husband, Joe; daughters – Chelsea Carter and Shayn Carter and four grandchildren – Mason, Evelyn, Jaxson and Jane.

Besides spending time with his family and friends, Gregg had a passion for attending concerts, mountain bike riding, riding at the beach, building bikes, driving his jeep, playing pool and cooking.  He touched many lives with his passion for life.

Family and friends are invited to attend Gregg’s memorial service on Saturday, June 24, 2023, 3-4 at Heritage-Dilday Memorial Services located at 17911 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach, CA 92647.  Reception immediately following.
