Welcome to the memorial page for

Sadalah Elias Shehadi

December 5, 1991 ~ June 25, 2017 (age 25) 25 Years Old

Sadalah was born in Newport Beach, CA, on December 5, 1991, to Parents Elias and Soheir Shehadi. He had one sister Manal, and one brother Baggio. He was raised in Huntington Beach. Sadalah graduated from Edison High School in 2010.

Sadalah was always active. He was involved in numerous sports and activities. He had many talents, and excelled in anything he attempted.  He grew up playing numerous sports such as soccer, tennis, and gymnastics. He took part in the Church’s choir beginnings, and was always excited to be a part of SonShine Summer.

He enjoyed going to shows and being with friends. He was always the first one on the dance floor, and knew how to get the party started. He even took part and was passionate about Gloving, and could solve a Rubik Cube faster than anyone I knew.

He was never afraid or selfish. He always helped the weak and vulnerable. He stood up for those who could not stand for themselves, and he selflessly opened his arms for them. He always listened nonjudgmentally and lovingly.

He was always optimistic and loved life. He always had a smile on his face. Anyone who knew him knew that he had the best smile, and a laugh so unique you never wanted it to end. No matter how cruel the world could be, he kept a smile on his face.

He was looking forward to finishing college, and playing university soccer. He had numerous career paths he was looking forward to pursuing. He was amazing with children, and a great teacher; he was great with numbers and assisted his mother with the business accounting; and was an amazing artist.

Although his life was short-lived, he made every second count. We are going to miss his beautiful, loving, crazy, and goofy personality. Although you left us too early, your joyful and loving spirit will forever be in our hearts.

“God saw you getting tired

And a cure was not to be

So he put His arms around you

And whispered "Come to me."

With tearful eyes we watched you

As you slowly slipped away

And though we loved you dearly

We couldn't make you stay.

Your golden heart stopped beating

Your tired hands put to rest

God broke our hearts to prove to us

He only takes the best.”
